Each system runs the same three phases: micro from the System-Wise Microbiology column and Sketchy on day 1, First Aid then Marrow/DAMS/PrepLadder lectures on days 2–4, and Mehlman, Foundation Anki and UWorld on days 5–9. The single governing habit is cross-referencing everything into First Aid rather than keeping a second set of notes.

- Respiratory worked example: 12–15 organisms on day 1, Mehlman one day, Anki one day, UWorld about four days
- Use the new 2-minute Sketchy Micro video, not the old 13-minute one; ~85 bugs total in the full organism order
- NBME blocks are 20 questions in 30 minutes, offline, first pass done by question 23 to keep five to seven minutes spare
- NBME order: 26 as warm-up, 27 as the first real assessment, 31, 32 and 33 as the predictive forms
- Dermatology and Psychiatry run under ten days
