# You Already Did UWorld — The 12-Week Plan

## Summary

A twelve-week plan for a student who has already done most of UWorld but did it slowly, over six months or more, and can no longer tell how much is retained. The argument is that this is a retention and sequencing problem rather than a knowledge problem, so the fix is consolidation rather than either restarting or pushing forward. It opens with a four-point audit, spends five weeks rebuilding every system through First Aid with page-by-page MCQs, takes the first NBME in week six, rebuilds the whole book with page-mapped Anki in weeks seven to nine, and finishes with NBME Anki, the Neil Randy PDF and Mehlman's HY Arrows.

- Ready means above 67-68% on NBME 31, 32 and 33, consecutively and progressively
- Worked example: a student came in June 2026 with 70% of UWorld at a 65% average done over six months; scored over 75% on the first NBME after five weeks of consolidation, 83% after the Foundation Anki pass, held above 75% across the remaining forms, and passed
- What was missing was not intelligence but three things: clear direction, daily accountability, and correct guidance at decision points
